Our Story
Why we built Scalar
Most growth-stage companies have the same complaint about legal: it arrives late, costs more than expected, and sits outside how the company actually operates.
Scalar was founded to change that. Engagements are structured around how operating companies work: flexible commitment, pricing agreed in advance, counsel before decisions rather than after. Embedded GC or counsel on call, it is the same two lawyers either way.
